VFB Forms loading slowly on sites with plenty of donations

Currently, sites with at least 100k+ donations will load VFB Forms slowly (at least 10+ seconds). This can cause donors to navigate away from the form while it is loading.

👣 Steps to Reproduce

Import thousands of donations or by importing them using WP CLI (wp give test-donations --count=100000)

Use the Recount tool to update totals and revenue.

Install Query Monitor to be able to view DB queries on the frontend

View the form on the front-end and check the queries using Query Monitor. (See attached image as reference)
