Ability to Bulk Download Git Aid Declaration Forms into Separate PDF Files

Currently, when you try to download the Gift Aid declarations in bulk, it will result in one PDF file with all the Gift Aid declarations on separate pages. It would be useful if there was a way to download them into separate PDF files (for example, download a zip file that contains all the declaration forms).
